How do I apply Nail Mail press-ons?
Start with clean, dry nails. Push back cuticles, lightly buff your nail surface, and wipe with alcohol. Apply a drop of glue, then press the Nail down firmly for 30 seconds.
How long do they last?
When applied correctly with our high-end adhesive, your manicure stays for 1-2 weeks.
Are they reusable?
Yes! Our handmade nails are designed for durability. When removed carefully, you can gently buff away old glue residue and wear your favorite sets multiple times.
How do I remove them?
Soak your hands in warm soapy water with a bit of oil for about 15 minutes. Gently lift the edges with the included wooden stick. Never force them off to preserve your natural nails.
What is included in a set?
Each Nail Mail box comes with 10 custom-sized nails, a wooden cuticle pusher , and one mini container of glue
How do I find my size?
To find your perfect size, start by measuring the width of your natural nails at the widest point using our sizing chart or a soft measuring tape. Compare your measurements to our size guide and match each nail to the closest size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up and gently filing the sides of the press-ons for a custom fit.

Each set of Nail Mail press-ons is handcrafted to order with precision and care. Processing takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your luxury nails are on their way to you.
Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you have any quality concerns, please contact our support team at nailmail.co within 48 hours of delivery.
